Sağlık Çalışanlarında Duygu Durumları Ölçeğinin Geçerlilik ve Güvenilirlik Çalışması

Araştırmada sağlık çalışanlarında “Duygu Durumları Ölçeği”nin (The Affective Style Questionnaire) Türkçe‟ye geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik araştırması yapılmış ve Hofmann ve Kashdan‟ın (2010) çalışmasından alınan ölçek kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin orijinali 20 sorudan üç alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Gizleme (Concealing) 8 sorudan, Ayarlama (Adjusting) 7 sorudan ve Katlanma (Tolerating) 5 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda iki boyuttan Gizleme (6 soru) ve Ayarlama (4 soru) olmak üzere 9 sorudan oluşan faktör yükleri düşük düzeyde geçerliliğe ve güvenilirliğe sahip yeni bir ölçeğe ulaşılmıştır.

The Relationship Between Mobbing and Employee Mental Health

In the recent years, the negative effects of mobbing on employee health have been frequently expressed. For these reason, the objective of the study was stated to investigate whether mobbing has effects on employee health. The study was conducted in Konya, a province of Turkey among 181 healthcare employees. In the study Grunau’s (2007) Work Harassment scale, Arrindell, Heesink ve Feij’s (1999) The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being, and Kevin’s (2000) Well-Being at Work scales were used. Neutral pion production at midrapidity in pp and Pb–Pb collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV

Invariant yields of neutral pions at midrapidity in the transverse momentum range 0.6 < pT < 12 GeV/c measured in Pb–Pb collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV are presented for six centrality classes. The pp reference spectrum was measured in the range 0.4 < pT < 10 GeV/c at the same centerof-mass energy. The nuclear modification factor, RAA, shows a suppression of neutral pions in central Pb–Pb collisions by a factor of up to about 8−10 for 5 pT 7 GeV/c. The presented measurements are compared with results at lower center-of-mass energies and with theoretical calculations

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior and the role of ethical values and behavior in terms of this impact. This research was applied to a sample of group of 195 persons, working in two leader companies in the textile industry, located in the province of Isparta in Turkey. In the inquiry, it has been concluded that the employee empowerment affects the organizational citizenship behavior by the full mediation of ethical value and behavior.

Measurement of prompt D-meson production in p–Pb collisions at √ sNN = 5 .02 TeV

The pT-differential production cross sections of the prompt charmed mesons D0, Dþ, D þ, and Dþs and center-of-mass energy sNN 1⁄4 5.02 TeV with the ALICE detector at the LHC. The nuclear modification factor RpPb, quantifying the D-meson yield in p-Pb collisions relative to the yield in pp collisions scaled by the number of binary nucleon-nucleon collisions, is compatible within the 15%–20% uncertainties with unity in the transverse momentum interval 1 < pT < 24 GeV=c. Transverse momentum dependence of inclusive primary charged-particle production in p–Pb collisions at √sNN = 5.02 TeV

The transverse momentum ( pT ) distribution of primary charged particles is measured at midrapidity in minimum-bias p–Pb collisions at √sNN = 5.02 TeV with the ALICE detector at the LHC in the range 0.15 < pT < 50 GeV/c. The spectra are compared to the expectation based on binary collision scaling of particle production in pp colli- sions, leading to a nuclear modification factor consistent with unity for pT larger than 2 GeV/c, with a weak indication of a Cronin-like enhancement for pT around 4 GeV/c. Centrality, rapidity and transverse momentum dependence of J/ψ suppression in Pb–Pb collisions at sNN = 2.76 TeV

he inclusive J/ψ nuclear modification factor (RAA) in Pb–Pb collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV has been measured by ALICE as a function of centrality in the e+e− decay channel at mid-rapidity (|y| < 0.8) and as a function of centrality, transverse momentum and rapidity in the μ+μ− decay channel at forward-rapidity (2.5 < y < 4). The J/ψ yields measured in Pb–Pb are suppressed compared to those in pp collisions scaled by the number of binary collisions. Inclusive J/ψ production has been studied with the ALICE detector in p-Pb collisions at the nucleon–nucleon center of mass energy √sNN = 5.02TeV at the CERN LHC.
