Image Quality Assessment Metrics Combining Structural Similarity and Image Fidelity with Visual Attention

Image quality assessment has a great importance in several image processing applications. Recently, various objective image quality metrics have been proposed in order to predict human visual perception. In this paper, novel image quality metrics, S-SSIM (saliency-based structural similarity index) and S-VIF (saliency-based visual information fidelity), are proposed based on a visual attention model extracting frequency-tuned salient region. On Classification of Semigroup N by Green’s Theorem

In previous papers, it has been recently defined a new class of semigroups based on both Rees matrix and completely 0-simple semigroups. For this new structure, it has been introduced with certain basic properties and finiteness conditions. The main goal of the paper is to prove Green’s Theorem for by indicating the existence of Green’s lemma. We also study generalized Green’s relation over and present some new findings. In particular, we classify our semigroup associated with generalized Green’s relation by constructing good homomorphism.

Decode-and-forward relaying based on orthogonal complementary codes

In this note, we propose a full-duplex decode-and-forward cooperative diversity scheme based on code division with orthogonal complementary codes. We consider a simple case in which a single user is assisted by a single relay to achieve cooperative diversity. When the cooperation is full-duplex, the operational delay of the relay makes the channel asynchronous and this may cause multiple-access interference (MAI) between the user and relay. Part of Speech (POS) Tagging can be applied by several tools and several programming languages. This work focuses on the Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) library in the Python environment and the gold standard corpora installable.
