Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment has been preparing for Upgrade-2 and High Luminosity-Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC) projects during Long Shutdown 2 (LS2) by replacing and enhancing electronics and the components of its detector. The Konya Closed Basin is an important basin in central Turkey, in terms of its geographic position, Quaternary infills, and well-preserved archeological sites.
