Objective: Multiple treatment options for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) have been suggested; none 100% successful. We assessed crystallized phenol treatment (CPT) for sacral HS. Methods: Twenty-five patients with sacral HS were enrolled. HS severity was assessed by Hurley Score and HS-Physician's Global Assessment (HS-PGA). All the leaking openings were dilated by a thin mosquito clamp after local anesthesia. Any hair present was removed, and phenol was applied. Results: Patients were followed-up for a mean 36.8 months. Decode-and-forward relaying based on orthogonal complementary codes

In this note, we propose a full-duplex decode-and-forward cooperative diversity scheme based on code division with orthogonal complementary codes. We consider a simple case in which a single user is assisted by a single relay to achieve cooperative diversity. When the cooperation is full-duplex, the operational delay of the relay makes the channel asynchronous and this may cause multiple-access interference (MAI) between the user and relay. The effect of melt quality on hot tearing susceptibility of Al8Si3Cu alloy was examined under six different conditions, by using a traditional T-shaped mold. Grain refinement was carried out by two different modifiers: AlTi5B1 and Al3B. For each test, samples were cast before and after degassing of melt. In this contribution, we present measurements of inclusive jet production with the ALICE detector in Pb-Pb collisions at root s(NN) = 5.02 TeV. Production cross sections of charged particle jets and fully reconstructed jets are measured with jet resolution parameters R = 0.2 and 0.3. To quantify the medium induced parton energy loss, jet nuclear modification factors (R-AA) are measured by utilizing POWHEG+Pythia8 predictions as reference cross section in pp collisions.
