Objective: The aim of this study was to determine serum asprosine levels in stage 3 and 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients and healthy individuals and to investigate the relationship between this parameter and cardiovascular risk factors. Materials-Methods: In our investigation, serum and plasma samples from blood taken for standard laboratory testing were employed. In all, 91 people were involved in our investigation.
