Yerel yönetimler yoluyla üretilmiş toplu konut projelerinde kullanıcı memnuniyeti: Konya örneği / User satisfaction of mass housing that constructed by local governments: Example of Konya

İnsanoğlu, en temel gereksinmesi olan barınma ihtiyacını gidermek için yıllar boyunca çeşitli konutlar inşa etmiştir. Konutlar kentleri oluşturan en önemli yapı grubudur. Toplumsal ve ekonomik yapının farklılaşmasıyla; kırdan kente hızlı göç, kentlerin yapısının değişmesine neden olmuştur. Kentlerdeki artan nüfusun etkisiyle konut nitelik ve nicelik olarak bir sorun halini almıştır. Bu sorunun çözümüne yönelik çeşitli arayışlardan biri de toplu konut üretimidir. Bu çalışma kapsamında; yerel yönetimler öncülüğünde üretilen toplu konutların mekânsal olarak incelenmesi ve kullanıcı memnuniyetinin ölçülmesini amaçlamıştır. Çalışma alanı olarak: belediyelerin konut üretiminde oldukça aktif olduğu Konya kenti seçilmiştir. Belirlenen 5 adet toplu konut bölgesindeki kullanıcılara yönelik anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket çalışmasında memnuniyeti ölçmeye yönelik; çeşitli fiziksel mekan özellikleri, açık-yeşil alan, erişilebilirlik, konfor koşulları, sosyal ilişkiler ve kullanıcı profiline uyum olarak adlandırılan parametreler belirlenmiştir. Bu alanda, rastgele seçilen 280 katılımcıya anket uygulanmış; veri analizi ve sonuçlar istatiksel açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. In order to fulfill the need of sheltering, which is the most essential requirement, humankind has constructed several houses through long ages. Houses are the most important building group forming the cities. Due to the differentiation of social and economic structure, rapid migration from rural to urban areas has led to changes in the structure of the cities. Housing has became a qualitative and quantitative problem with the impact of urban population increase. The social housing has been one of the alternative solution to resolve this problem. The purpose of Tez is to examine spatially social houses constructed under the leadership of local governments and to measure the users satisfaction. Konya city, active in the construction of housing by local governments, was selected as a study area. The survey was conducted to the people who live in the determined five social housing area. . In this survey study the parameters; physical space features, open green areas, accessibility, comfort conditions, social relations and adaptation to user profiles were determined in order to measure the user satisfaction.
