dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior and the role of ethical values and behavior in terms of this impact. This research was applied to a sample of group of 195 persons, working in two leader companies in the textile industry, located in the province of Isparta in Turkey. In the inquiry, it has been concluded that the employee empowerment affects the organizational citizenship behavior by the full mediation of ethical value and behavior.en_US
