In sports where the upper extremity is heavily used, isokinetic measurements are very important in terms of versatile evaluation of shoulder muscle and muscle groups. In this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between shoulder external repetitive work loads (ETIY) and repetitive workloads during internal rotation (ITIY) at angular velocities of 60°/sec, 90°/sec, 120°/sec and 180°/sec. 14 adult volunteers have participated in the study with a mean age of 24.00±4.06 years, a mean height of 177.43±5.21 cm and a body weight of 73.54±8.26 kg. ETIY and ITIY measurements have been made on the dominant shoulder in the humac norm 2004 isokinetic measuring device. It has been found that internal rotation repeated workloads have higher values at all angular speeds compared to external rotation repeated workloads. In addition, it has been found that there is a significant correlation in the same direction between 180°/sec (ETIY) and 60°/sec, 90°/sec, 120°/sec, 180°/sec (ITIY), and between 120°/sec (ETIY) and 90°/sec (ITIY), and between 90°/sec (ETIY) and 60°/sec, 90°/sec (ITIY), and between 60°/sec (ETIY) and 60°/sec, 90°/sec (ITIY). As a result, it is considered that when the motion speed and workload increase in the internal rotation, the motion speed and workload increase in the external rotation as well. It should be taken into account by the coaches that the works must be bidirectional.
