The institutional promotional activities are more important nowadays because of the pressure of globalization and developing communication systems. The websites have more advantages than the newspaper, radio, television, magazine and billboards. As a public institution, universities devote a greater share to websites and social media for their promotions. In this research it was used the analysis method of websites.
