Sağlık Çalışanlarında Duygu Durumları Ölçeğinin Geçerlilik ve Güvenilirlik Çalışması

Araştırmada sağlık çalışanlarında “Duygu Durumları Ölçeği”nin (The Affective Style Questionnaire) Türkçe‟ye geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik araştırması yapılmış ve Hofmann ve Kashdan‟ın (2010) çalışmasından alınan ölçek kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin orijinali 20 sorudan üç alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Gizleme (Concealing) 8 sorudan, Ayarlama (Adjusting) 7 sorudan ve Katlanma (Tolerating) 5 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda iki boyuttan Gizleme (6 soru) ve Ayarlama (4 soru) olmak üzere 9 sorudan oluşan faktör yükleri düşük düzeyde geçerliliğe ve güvenilirliğe sahip yeni bir ölçeğe ulaşılmıştır.

In the recent years, the negative effects of mobbing on employee health have been frequently expressed. For these reason, the objective of the study was stated to investigate whether mobbing has effects on employee health. The study was conducted in Konya, a province of Turkey among 181 healthcare employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior and the role of ethical values and behavior in terms of this impact. This research was applied to a sample of group of 195 persons, working in two leader companies in the textile industry, located in the province of Isparta in Turkey. In the inquiry, it has been concluded that the employee empowerment affects the organizational citizenship behavior by the full mediation of ethical value and behavior.
