Aim: In this study, it was aimed to determine the total phenolic content, flavonoid content, and antioxidant activity of Castanea sativa Mill. (chestnut) leaf extract and their anti-proliferative effect on MCF 7 cell line. This study was conducted on 103 adult dry skulls in collections of Necmettin Erbakan University Meram Medicine Faculty Anatomy Labratory and Karatay Medicine Faculty Anatomy Labratory. The femur is the largest bone in the human skeleton. We aimed to take the morphometric measurements of the femur and to evaluate the relations between these measurements. The study was carried out in the Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, KTO Karatay University. A total of 268 bones, 124 right and 144 left, were included in the study.
