Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, artmış torasik kifozu bulunan hastalarda ev egzersiz programı (EEP) ve kinezyo bant (KT) uygulamasının ağrı ve yaşam kalitesi üzerine etkilerini incelemekti. Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of transcutaneous occipital nerve stimulation (TONS) and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) on pain, sleep, and quality of life in patients with chronic migraine. BACKGROUND: The objective of this study was to examine the effects of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplementation on exercise-induced muscle damage and oxidative stress in sedentary young men.
