Abstract

NEO- LIBERAL APPLICATION TO LABOR MARKET EXAMPLE OF FRANCE Res. Asst. Selcan ÜNAL* Neo- liberal fiscal policy is a ideology that dense and prevalent application since 1980. İnvestment incomes focus of this policy and apart from that everything else is unimportant. According to this policy, the financial decision is decide by market and government intervention is unnecessary. Neo- liberal ideas are deregulation of foreign trade, the reduction of state intervention in the economic field. Purpose of this policy increase their income through flexible labour markets. Additionally, impoverishment, inequality in income distribution and labour rights are insignificant for neo- liberal policy. Employers started be approved flexible working arrangement to workers because of fluctuations in the general price level, increasing of global competition. This case is occuring in France and tihis is stunnig example. Ministry of labor bill that be called with minister of labour Meriem El Komri is predict to change in law of collective bargaining and law labour. This change is contain to regulation about destructor the rights of labors and threat to vested right. The aim of this study is to neo- liberal application to labor market in France.
