Türkiye’de Kadının İşgücüne Katılımı ve Büyümedeki Rolü (2008-2018)

Abstract

Türkiye özelinde kadın işgücünün genel olarak görünümünü vermekle beraber kadın istihdamı ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki uzun dönemli ilişkiyi ekonometrik analizlerle incelemek ve bu değişkenler arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Within this scope, the main objective of this study is to overview the female workforce of Turkey and find long-term relationship between female labor work force and the country's economic growth by using ARDL cointegration tests and Error Correction model. Further the study aims to uncover the causal relationship between these variables.
