THE OPINIONS OF 2ND CLASS STUDENTS OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS OF HEALTH SERVICES ON MOBILE HEALTH AND PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD ABSTRACT The Problem of the Research: With the development of technology, mobile health services provide services access to personal health recordings has become easier. How do healthcare users evaluate the developments? Purpose: In this research, it is aimed to reveal the thoughts 2nd class students of Health Services Vocational School on mobile health applications and personal health record. Method: The population of the research is composed of 2nd class students (2145 people) studying attending Vocational School of Health Services in a Foundation University in Istanbul. In the research, it was targeted toreach 400 people and the proportional stratified sampling method was chosen and the sample numbers of the programs were determined according to the level of representation the universe of each program. The data were obtained, using the scale of Arslan and Demir (2017) developed for mobile health and personal health registration. Findings and Results: It was observed that the 18-20 and 21-23 age groups in the mobile health and personal health record trustability subscale and age groups had a more favorable opinion than the 24-year-old group.When the participants were examined according to the type of education in terms of In the dimensions of usability and reliability it was determined that normal teaching students who have more positive opinions than the second education students. As a result of the research, it can be concluded that the widespread use of mobile technologies in health services will have a positive effect especially on the young users following the technology.
