Türkiye Ve Ab Ülkelerinin Rusya'dan Doğal Gaz İthalat Yöntemlerinin Karşılaştırılması: Türkiye İçin Öneriler

Abstract

Birincil enerji piyasasında payının artması beklenen ve dünyanın daha temiz, daha uygun maliyetli ve güvenli bir enerji geleceğine geçişinde önemli bir rol oynama potansiyeline sahip olan tek fosil yakıt olan doğal gaz, dünyadaki enerji arzının hayati bir bileşenidir. Taşınmış olduğu nitelikleri doğalgazı jeopolitik planda uluslararası önemini artırmaktadır. Türkiye ve AB ülkelerinin enerji politikaları, arz güvenliğine gerekli bir unsur olarak giderek daha fazla önem atfetmektedirler. Bu ülkelerinin gelişen ekonomilerinde enerji ve enrjinin de en önemli bileşenlerinden birisi olan doğal gaz, enerji güvenliği alanında daha fazla yer almaya başlamıştır. Hem Türkiye hemde AB ülkelerinin doğal gaz ihtiyacının karşılanması noktasında en önemli tedarikçi olarak Rusya ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile, Türkiye ve AB ülkelerinin Rusya'dan doğal gaz tedarik yöntemleri karşılaştırılacaktır. Natural gas, which is the only fossil fuel that is expected to increase in the primary energy market and has the potential to play an important role in the transition of the world to a cleaner, more cost-effective and safe energy, is a vital component of energy supply in the world. Natural gas increases the international importance of the geopolitical plan. Turkey and EU energy policy, supply security are increasingly being recognized as an essential element attaches more importance. Natural gas, which is one of the most important components of energy and energy in the developing economies of these countries, has begun to take more place in the field of energy security. Both Turkey as the most important supplier of natural gas to meet the needs of the EU countries point in both Russia rises to the fore.
