Konya koşullarında geliştirilmiş atdişi mısır hatlarının bazı agro-morfolojik ve fizyolojik özelliklerinin korelasyonu

The trial was conducted at Research and Application area of Selcuk University Agriculture Faculty during 2013 growing season. The seeds of 31 dent corn lines were used as materials and 12 agro – morphological and physiological traits were investigated. All correlation combinations among the traits were calculated. Denemede yedi mısır hattı (3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 14.2, 14.20, 14.21, 14.26), üç tester (FRMo 17, FRB 73, ADK 451) ve bu ebeveynlerden line × tester yöntemi ile geliştirilmiş 21 adet melez mısır kombinasyonu incelenmiştir. Ebeveynlerde ve melezlerde tepe püskülü (TPÇS) ve koçan çıkış süresi (KPÇS) özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Heterosis And Heterobeltiosis Of Some Morphological Traits In Maize

This study evaluated heterosis (Hs) and heterobeltiosis (Hb) rates of 21 progenies produced with seven inbred lines (3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 14.2, 14.20, 14.21 and 14.26) and three testers (FRMo 17, FRB 73 and ADK 451) by line × tester mating design. Kendilenmiş Cin Mısır Hatlarının SSR Primerler Kullanılarak Moleküler Karakterizasyonu

In this study, 35 popcorn inbred lines that belong to West Akdeniz Agricultural Research Institute (BATEM) and Black Sea Agricultural Research Institute (KTAE) were subjected to molecular analysis. 21 SSR primers were used to determine genetic distances among genotypes for molecular characterization. Comparison of maize lines and their test crosses according to grain yield and some physiological properties

This study evaluated 7 inbred lines of maize (Zea mays L.), 3 testers, and 21 hybrids produced using the line × tester mating design.
