Küçük ve orta ölçekli nakliye işletmelerinde liderlik davranışları ve Konya örneği / Leadership behavior in small and medium transportation facilities and Konya examples

Mesafelerin kısaldığı, iletişimin artık çok daha kolay yapıldığı, değişen ve gelişen dünyada siyasal, sosyal ve ekonomik koşullar da hızla değişmektedir. Değişen bu koşullar karşısında işletmelerin rekabet gücünü etkileyen unsurlardan birisi de, işletmelerin yönetici pozisyonunda olan kişilerin sahip olduğu liderlik özellikleridir. Her meslek kendine özel temel bir yetenek gerektirir ki o olmadan o meslek icra edilemez. Liderlik de yöneticilik mesleğinin gerektirdiği temel yetenektir. İşletmelerin ekonomik sistemi planlanırken temel unsur, bütün verimlilik araçlarından dengeli bir şekilde faydalanmak olmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, nakliye sektöründe yöneticilerin liderlik davranışlarının belirlenmesine yönelik otokratik, demokratik ve tam serbesti liderlik tarzları üzerinde durulmuştur. Konya'da karayolu nakliye sektörü üzerinde hizmet veren işletmelerde hakim olan liderlik tarzlarını belirlemeyi amaçlayan bir anket uygulamasına yer verilmiştir. Konya il sınırları içerisinde gerçekleştirilen araştırma Konya Ticaret Odası'na kayıtlı işletmeler ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; nakliye sektöründe yöneticilerin benimsemiş oldukları liderlik eğilimlerinden tam serbesti liderlik tarzının ön plana çıktığı ve liderlik tarzlarının demografik özelliklere göre farklılık göstermediği görülmüştür.

Conditions is rapidly changing in political, social and economic in a changing and developing world where communication is now much easier and the shortening of the distances. One of the factors affecting the competitive power of the enterprises against these changing conditions is the leadership characteristics of the persons who are in the managers of the enterprises. Every profession requires a special basic skill that can not be practiced without it. Leadership is the basic competence required by the management profession. When planning the economic system of enterprises, the key element should be to take advantage of all the productivity tools in a balanced way. This study focuses on the autocratic, democratic and fully liberal leadership styles for determining the leadership behaviors of the managers in the transportation sector. In this study, a survey was conducted in Konya aiming to determine the dominant leadership styles in the enterprises serving on the road transport sector. The research carried out within the boundaries of Konya province was made with the registered offices of Konya Chamber of Commerce. At the end of the research; It has been seen that the leadership style in the transportation sector has become the foreground of the fully liberal leadership style,and Leadership styles did not differ according to their demographic characteristics.
