Ulaşım sistemlerinin oluşturduğu çevresel gürültü ve Konya örneği / Environmental noise generated by transportation systems and the case of Konya

Abstract

Gürültü gelişi güzel bir yapısı olan, sübjektif olarak istenmeyen ses olarak tanımlanan ses spektrumudur. Ani veya sürekli olan karmaşık yüksek basınçlı sesler topluluğuna gürültü adı verilir. Gürültü insan çevresini tehdit eden önemli bir problemdir. Birey ve toplum sağlığı üzerinde zarar verici etkileri, tüm dünyaca kabul edilmiş olan gürültü kirliliği sorunu, diğer kirlenme türleri gibi insanlara olduğu kadar çevreye de rahatsızlık verir duruma gelmiştir. Gürültünün, insan sağlığı ve konforu açısından kabul edilebilir sınırlara indirgenmesi ve zararlı etkilerinin giderilebilmesi için uzun yıllardır çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Gürültü probleminin çözümü için ilk olarak yapılması gereken işlem gürültünün tespitidir. Bu tez çalışmasında Konya ilinde ulaşım sistemlerinin oluşturdukları sesin mevcut yönetmelikler dahilinde gürültü olarak değerlendirilip değerlendirilmediğinin araştırması yapılacaktır. Bunun için belirlenen noktalarda araç yoğunlukları göz önünde bulundurularak farklı saatlerde ses düzeyi ölçümlerinin yapılması, elde edilen verilerin detaylı bir şekilde analizinin yapılması ve bu değerlerin makul değerler altında olup olmadıklarının araştırılması yapılacaktır. Sonuç olarak ölçüm yapılan bölgelerde gürültünün etkileri araştırılıp, toplanan veriler doğrultusunda alınması gereken önlemler var ise bunlara değinilerek insanların konfor düzeyini artırmak hedeflenmiştir. In this study, the noise generated by transportation systems was investigated in Konya. Noise is an audio spectrum that is defined as an irregularly structured, subjectively undesirable sound. The collection of complex high-pressure voices that are sudden or continuous is called noise. Noise is an important problem that threatens the human environment. The harmful effects on individual and community health, the entirely accepted problem of noise pollution, has become as uncomfortable to people as much as in other forms of pollution. It has been working for many years to reduce the noise to acceptable limits in terms of human health and comfort and to eliminate the harmful effects. The first thing to do to solve the noise problem is to detect loudness. In this study, it will be investigated whether the voice of transportation systems in Konya is evaluated as noise within the current regulations. Taking into account the vehicle densities at the points determined for this, it is necessary to carry out sound level measurements at different times, to analyze the obtained data in detail and to investigate whether these values are under reasonable values. As a result, it is aimed to investigate the noise effects in the measured regions and to increase the comfort level of the people by referring to the collected measures if necessary.
