Çocukların Liderlik Becerileri ile Duygu Düzenleme Becerilerinin Gelişimi

All children have the potential to develop leadership skills. It is important to develop leadership skills from childhood. Having leadership ability; It enables the individual to manage himself and his environment. Also leadership; It increases the efficiency of the environment in which the individual lives. Natural leadership qualities in children develop from an early age. Leadership skills can help children become good people. In order for leadership skills to develop in a qualified manner, children need to gain experience, and for leadership development, education is essential. Parents can play an important role in teaching their children leadership skills. There is no single personality type that has excellent leadership qualities. Children can easily be taught leadership skills from an early age. Leadership skills give children control over their lives. Leadership inspires confidence and helps children solve problems creatively. It also allows them to work as a team. Leadership enables working collaboratively with others. Leadership development; It can be a lifelong process. Emotion regulation is defined as the ability to exercise control over one's own emotional state. Emotion regulation may also involve enhancing one's emotions. In emotion regulation; The goals of the person regulating the emotion are guiding. Emotions can cause problems when unmanaged. In addition to negatively impacting relationships, not being able to control emotions can be damaging. In this study, the development of leadership skills and their relationship with emotional regulation are discussed. At the end of the study, the importance of obtaining detailed information on these issues for the field of child development science is emphasized.
