Çocuğun ismini verme yetkisi Türk Medeni Kanunu m.339’a göre ana – babasına aittir ve bir görüşe göre onun değiştirilmesini isteme yetkisi de yine onlara aittir. The elliptic, triangular, quadrangular and pentagonal anisotropic flow coeffi- cients for π±, K± and p+p in Pb-Pb collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV were measured with the ALICE detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The results were obtained with the Scalar Product method, correlating the identified hadrons with reference particles from a different pseudorapidity region. Abstract: The production of prompt D+s mesons was measured for the first time in collisions of heavy nuclei with the ALICE detector at the LHC. The analysis was performed on a data sample of Pb-Pb collisions at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair, √sNN, of 2.76 TeV in two different centrality classes, namely 0–10% and 20–50%. D+s mesons and their antiparticles were reconstructed at mid-rapidity from their hadronic decay channel D+s → φπ+, with φ → K−K+, in the transverse momentum intervals 4 < pT < 12 GeV/c and 6 < pT < 12GeV/c for the 0–10% and 20–50% centrality classes, respectively. The production of the hypertriton nuclei 3ΛH and 3Λ¯ has been measured for the first time in Pb–Pb collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV with the ALICE experiment at LHC. The pT-integrated 3 !H yield in one unity of rapidity, dN/dy × B.R. ! 3 !H→3He,π−" = (3.86 ± 0.77(stat.) ± 0.68(syst.)) × 10−5 in the 0–10% most central collisions, is consistent with the predictions from a statistical thermal model using the same temperature as for the light hadrons. Çalışma kapsamında söz konusu haklı nedenin Borçlar Kanununa tabi işçiler açısından doğuracağı sonuçlara yer verilmiştir.
