Purpose: The inadequacy experienced in maintaining breastfeeding was tried to be understood within the framework of Meleis' theory, and its relationship with growth spurts and postpartum depression was attempted to be revealed. Here, postfunctionalization and bioapplication of a π-conjugated polymer named 4-[4H-dithieno(3,2-b:2',3'-d)pyrrol-4-yl]aniline (DTP-aryl-NH2 ) are reported, which is successfully synthesized via electropolymerization onto the glassy carbon electrode. Folic acid (FA) is used to modify the amino functional polymer via N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N'-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride/N-hydroxysuccinimide chemistry for the further steps. Ülkemizde ortalama 3,5 milyon özel eğitime ihtiyacı olan çocuk vardır. Özel durumu olan bu çocukların ebeveynleri olumsuz yönde duygu değişimi yaşayabilmektedirler. Yapılan çalışmaların genelinde annelerin yaşadığı sorunlara değinilip babalar üzerinde kısıtlı çalışma yapılmış olması nedeniyle bugüne kadar babaların yaşadığı sorunlara yeterince değinilmemiştir. Bu fikirden yola çıkarak bu derlemede engelli çocuğa sahip babaların duygu durumlarındaki değişimler ve ilişkili olabilecek faktörler literatür doğrultusunda incelenmiştir

The review paper entitled “The Essential Medicinal Chemistry of Curcumin”, published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, by Nelson et al. (1) is a well-designed paper, presenting a new (and negative) approach to the well-known biologically active compound; curcumin. Although some arguments throughout this paper are completely true, the approach of the authors is unfortunately far from impartial, and many of the conclusions the authors draw from some of their referred papers are especially hard to accept.

Validity and Reliability Study of Environmental Awareness and Attitude Scale for Preschool Children

The aim of this study is to conduct validity and reliability study of the Environmental Awareness and Attitude Scale for Preschool Children .This study is conducted with 310 children who are having preschool education. At the end of the factor analysis results, there are three factors that explain 44.02% of the total variance in Environmental Attitude subscale.
