Öz Giriş: Planlanmamış ev doğumlarının maternal ve neonatal sonuçlar üzerinde etkisinin olduğu bilinmektedir. Amaç: Bu derleme, planlanmamış ev doğumlarının maternal ve fetal sonuçlar üzerine etkisini güncel çalışmalarla gözden geçirmek ve planlanmamış ev doğumlarının olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Klinik Olgu Eşliğinde Doğum Yönetimi

34 yaşında G1 P0 Y0 A0, 38+1 gebelik haftasında olan Hale Hanım, gece saatlerinde belden başlayan kasılmalar hissetmeye başlamıştır. Geceyi evinde geçiren Hale Hanım, ertesi gün öğle saatlerinde kasılmalarının şiddetlenmesiyle hastaneye başvurmuştur. Gebenin fizik muayenesinde kan basıncının 120/80 mmHg, kalp hızının 82/dk., vücut sıcaklığının 36.2o C, boyunun 160 cm, kilosunun 58 kg olduğu belirlenmiştir. Fetal kalp atım hızının 120-130 atım/dk. aralığında olduğu saptanmıştır
