The Relationship between Individualism, Collectivism and Conflict Handling Styles of Healthcare Employees

The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between individualism, collectivism and conflict handling styles of healthcare employees. This study was conducted among 427 healthcare employees in twelve hospitals in Turkey by using survey method and simple random sampling.
