This work presents to obtain the torsional natural frequencies and mode shapes of the torsional vibration damper. The torsional vibration damper is mounted on the end of the crankshaft in the opposite direction of the flywheel to dampen the torsional vibrations, especially high-torque diesel engines. Bu amaçla metodolojik tipte tasarlanan araştırmada 272 hemşireden toplanan veriler kullanılmıştır. Orijinal ölçek 16 madde ve 3 alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. The Konya Closed Basin is an important basin in central Turkey, in terms of its geographic position, Quaternary infills, and well-preserved archeological sites.
