2 Abstract This research was intended to reveal the mediating role of negative affect within the effect of workplace bullying on intention to leave and conflict handling styles. The research was conducted in Konya and Isparta, in Turkey, among 350 health care employees. As a result of the study, workplace bullying and negative affect have a positive relationship. W and Z boson production in p-Pb collisions at √sNN = 5.02 TeV

The W and Z boson production was measured via the muonic decay chan- nel in proton-lead collisions at √sNN = 5.02 TeV at the Large Hadron Collider with the ALICE detector. The measurement covers backward (−4.46 < ycms < −2.96) and for- ward (2.03 < ycms < 3.53) rapidity regions, corresponding to Pb-going and p-going direc- tions, respectively. The Z-boson production cross section, with dimuon invariant mass of 60 < mμμ < 120GeV/c2 and muon transverse momentum (pμT) larger than 20GeV/c, is measured. Two-particle number and transverse momentum correlations are powerful tools for studying the medium produced in heavy-ion collisions. Correlations in the angular separation of pairs of hadrons can provide information on the medium transport characteristics. Exploring jet profiles in Pb-Pb collisions at 5.02 TeV with the ALICE detector

In this contribution, we present measurements of inclusive jet production with the ALICE detector in Pb-Pb collisions at root s(NN) = 5.02 TeV. Production cross sections of charged particle jets and fully reconstructed jets are measured with jet resolution parameters R = 0.2 and 0.3. To quantify the medium induced parton energy loss, jet nuclear modification factors (R-AA) are measured by utilizing POWHEG+Pythia8 predictions as reference cross section in pp collisions.
